Burned with a CNC laser from 0H18N9 high-quality acid-resistant steel sheet 1.5mm thick, resistant to all conditions in the exhaust system.

The purpose of the EGR valve is to stop the exhaust from entering the intake manifold. After installation, the signals indicating damage to the EGR valve disappear.

After blinding, the engine's culture significantly improves (power and dynamics return) and prevents future failures and carbon deposits in the intake system.

COMMENTS:

In CF2 engines, i.e. 1.9 JTD 105 HP and 2.4 JTD 136 HP engines, where the valve is controlled by vacuum, it is possible to plug the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve without interfering with the controller. The computer does not display the "check engine" error.
