TiAL TIA-002958 MV-SA is a next-generation 38mm external wastegate, engineered for the most demanding motorsport applications and advanced turbo builds where there is no need or option to connect water cooling ports.

38mm valve, patented V-band design – allows for a compact fit and optimal exhaust flow even in tight engine bays.
347SS stainless steel housing and a high-temp hybrid alloy valve – withstand extreme thermal loads and prolong service life.
Purple anodized billet aluminum actuator, reinforced Nomex silicone diaphragm, and 17-7 PH precision actuator spring ensure stable performance up to 900°F (483°C).
Three lower and two upper (M10x1.0) air signal ports – flexible plumbing and boost control options, with no need to rotate the cap.
Five heat-dissipating fins insulate the actuator top from the wastegate body – maximize membrane life and boost reliability without water-cooling.
Pressure range: 0.3–1.7 bar (all springs included) – wide tuning options out of the box.
Complete kit: wastegate, V-band inlet/outlet clamps and flanges, pneumatic fittings, plugs for unused ports, full spring set.
Available colors: purple, black, blue, silver, red.
