The TiAL MVR is a compact 44‑millimeter external wastegate designed for precise boost pressure control in turbocharged engines. The Black version (black anodized aluminum housing) comes with a complete set of springs and V‑Band clamps – ready for installation in street, track‑day, and motorsport builds.
Key Features
Durable construction: Body and housing made from 316L/347 stainless steel, with a valve crafted from high‑temperature‑resistant NiCrFe alloy – ensuring long life even at extreme exhaust gas temperatures (EGT).
Complete spring kit: Multi‑spring pack allows for a wide range of base pressure settings (approx. 0.2 to 1.5 bar). Spring changes can be made without removing the wastegate from the exhaust system.
Compact design: The MVR is more compact than other 44 mm or 46 mm wastegates on the market, making it easier to install in tight spaces.
Multiple air ports: Two top and three bottom air ports provide flexible boost control solenoid and sensor connections without re‑orienting components.
