The TiAL MVR is a compact 44‑millimeter external wastegate designed for precise boost pressure control in turbocharged engines. The Silver version (silver anodized aluminum housing) comes with a complete set of springs and V‑Band clamps – ready for installation in street, track‑day, and motorsport builds.
Key Features
Durable construction: Body and housing made from 316L/347 stainless steel, with a valve made from high-temperature resistant NiCrFe alloy – ensures long life even under extreme exhaust gas temperatures (EGT).
Complete spring kit: Includes eight springs allowing a wide range of base pressure settings (approx. 0.2 to 1.5 bar). Springs can be changed without removing the wastegate from the exhaust system.
Compact design: The MVR wastegate is smaller than most existing 44mm or 46mm wastegates, making it easier to fit into tight engine bays.
Multiple air ports: Two top and three bottom air ports allow flexible boost control solenoid and sensor connections without needing component rotation.
Quick installation: V-Band flanges and clamps included for both inlet and outlet – ensuring secure, gasket-free connections and simple servicing.
