Installation notes

Piston-to-wall clearance: 0.04–0.05 mm for street use, 0.06 mm for boost levels above 30 psi.

Gap rings to suit target boost (≈ 0.14 mm per 25 psi on the top ring).

Verify valve-to-piston clearance with cam lifts ≥ 11 mm; deepen pockets if required.

Use high-zinc 5W-40 / 15W-50 oil and shorten change intervals on engines exceeding 500 hp.
