Installation notes

Maintain at least 0.09 mm piston-to-wall clearance for street use; increase per JE chart for higher boost or race applications.

Gap rings for target boost (≈ 0.14 mm per 25 psi on the top ring).

Verify valve-to-piston clearance with cam lifts ≥ 10.5 mm; machine pockets if required.

Use high-zinc 5W-40 or 15W-50 oil and shorten change intervals on engines exceeding 500 hp.
