Installation guidelines

Piston-to-bore clearance: 0.04–0.05 mm for street use; 0.06 mm for boost > 30 psi.
-
Set ring gaps to target boost (≈ 0.14 mm per 25 psi for the top ring).
-
Check valve-piston clearance when cam lift ≥ 11 mm; deepen pockets if necessary.

Use high-ZDDP 5W-40 / 15W-50 oil and shorten change intervals on 500 + hp engines.
