Reinforcement plate BMW 3 E46 M3 Rear subframe carrier

We offer a product designed for BMW E46 users, addressing the common issue of rear suspension beam corrosion. Our product is intended to reinforce or repair and strengthen critical areas. These are not ordinary metal plates, but specially designed and properly bent/pressed reinforcements that fit all curves and contours. Depending on the condition of the beam, there may be a slight need to gently tap the rounded areas with a hammer (this has been tested on several beams, each showing slight differences in condition due to wear and time).

To make your work easier, we have highlighted in red on several photos the areas where the reinforcements are intended to be applied.

The reinforcements are made from S355 steel with a thickness of 3mm.

The reinforcement requires welding into the beam.

Our product is made in Poland by skilled professionals. It is laser-cut and then bent on CNC press brakes.
