The manufacturing of splitters is a multifaceted process. The final step of their production are manual treatment and adding final touches. This shows the care and attention to detail in the components we make. What’s more, the quality control that is performed right before shipping significantly decreases the number of defective items being distributed.

The material that our products are made of – ABS was created with the automotive industry in mind. It is applied in the production of factory bumpers and other elements of the vehicle coachwork, items that are characterized by high toughness and flexibility. An affirmation of this material’s quality is the TUV certification, and the TUV MATERIALGUTACHTEN certificate for the products made of it.

Racing Durability elements are characterized by:
- Increased durability of the material, 10mm-thick ABS plastic
- Increased resistance to scratches and impacts
- Corrosion-insensitivity, no metal elements
- New design, aesthetic milled edges
- UV protection
- Resistance to atmospheric conditions and adaptability to high and low temperatures
- Protective film that the products is wrapped in
- No need for an additional paint job
