Wastegate blanket size 40/45mm.
The blanket is designed to lower the temperature under the hood of the car through thermal insulation wastegate. Wastegate heat is retained inside the system, which increases the exhaust temperature and increases the rate of exhaust gas leaking. The heat retained also has a positive effect on the temperature of refrigeration components such as the Intercooler or the radiator.
Thermal strength up to 1250oC.
Includes a blanket and springs to support the wastegate blanket.
Inner layer additionally reinforced with stainless steel mesh.
Note!
The cover is not fire proof! Any leakage of hot liquid can cause a fire. We recommend that you accurately diagnose the turbine and wires before putting on the cover.
After prolonged use, it is not recommended to disassemble the cover. The material loses its elastic properties and may not be reusable! The material does not lose its thermal properties!
