Product details:
- the cap is produced from ABS plastic
- it is accessible in three types of surface look: carbon, gloss, or textured
- only the outer side is covered with the finish
- the inner side is matte
- every cap has double-sided acrylic 3M tape for mounting fastened along the inner side's whole length
- the carbon, and gloss structures come secured with a special foil
- the product is coated with a UV-repelling layer
- the caps require no additional paint job
(If you decide to paint your product you have to lay a primer layer before applying the paint job)

Manufacturing spoiler cap is not a simple task as among the multiple steps involved in the process there is manual processing, and applying final touches. This is a proof of the care and effort that goes into this undertaking. Furthermore, the quality control which is performed on each and every of our components ensures that a lot of defective elements are prevented from being shipped to our customers.

The ABS plastic of which our tuning parts are made was originally conceived with the automotive industry in mind. It is applied in the production of factory bumpers, and other parts of vehicle bodywork which need significant durability and flexibility. The TUV certification of our ABS ensures the premium flair of our tuning products which are also certified with the TUV TAILEGUTACHTEN themselves.
